Since Electric Paradise is a fairly medium tone, it will turn out the most bright and vibrant on hair that is lightened to a level 8 or lighter! But it will give a rose gold tint to a natural blonde or light brown base! If you do a strand test and it doesn't show up well, though, you can add a few drops of a deeper shade, like Poison or Virgin Pink, for a more punched up version.
