![]() ![]() The two Lokis would enter He Who Remains' citadel and explain how the current treatment of variants is cruel and destructive - especially plucking young children from their families without properly explaining the crime they've committed. Mirroring this storyline, Loki and Sylvie could switch places with Thor and Jane in a pleasing moment of redemptive symmetry. ![]() Thor and Jane Foster visit He Who Remains and explain how his actions are actually hurting the timeline, and this encourages the ancient wrinkly one to alter his approach as a Sentinel of time and space. The last remnant from a previous universe, He Who Remains serves as the guardian of time, attempting to steer our current universe away the mistakes made during past cycles. He Who Remains is also the Time-Keepers' creator and secret director of the TVA in Marvel's comic continuity. Like Kang, He Who Remains dwells within a citadel at the end of time - a description that matches the mystery location Sylvie envisioned in Loki episode 5. Should Loki adhere more faithfully to the Marvel comic books, viewers can expect the man in the castle to be He Who Remains. Kang would then blast off into times unknown, ready for a later appearance. Kang might, however, explain his true purpose in creating the TVA, perhaps revealing that his plan has already come to fruition in spite of recent Loki interference. Kang still needs to trouble Paul Rudd in 2023, and can't be made to look weak in his MCU debut. Should Loki and Sylvie enter the otherworldly citadel introduced in episode 5 and discover Kang sitting atop the throne, it's safe to assume they'd be unable to defeat him. Not only would it make sense for Kang to manipulate the MCU's timeline through the TVA, but the character has already been cast for A nt-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania, with Jonathan Majors taking the role. In the Marvel comics, Kang is a time-traveling villain from the future who uses a genius intellect and advanced weaponry to rule a temporal empire. Loki has dropped Kang hints aplenty, from the presence of Ravonna Renslayer to the Qeng Industries sign spotted within the Void. Loki and Sylvie are heading straight to the top, bypassing Alioth to meet whatever mysterious force sits at the center of the TVA, and Kang the Conqueror is current odds-on favorite. If you haven’t watched Ahsoka yet, all four episodes are exclusively available on Disney+.The first order of business for Loki episode 6 is revealing the person behind the curtain - or, more accurately, the person inside the castle. This revelation adds a fascinating layer to the character’s backstory. This theory indicates that Marrok wasn’t simply a former Inquisitor working for Morgan Elsbeth but was a deceased Inquisitor revived through the mystic arts of the Nightsisters, a power that Morgan possesses. The oh-so-conspicuous effect of the gaseous green substance escaping from his body resembles the magic used by the Nightsisters of Dathomir in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and in one of the video games like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. ![]() Marrok crumbling into a green mist has aroused another theory by Star Wars Animation fans. The shocking death of Marrok in Episode 4 left fans in disbelief, and the unusual nature of his death has brought in new theories and speculations. The intriguing fan theories and episode 3 hinted that the masked man could be Ezra Bridger, Episode 4 of Ahsoka disclosed that Marrok was simply another instance of a trend in Star Wars characters with striking designs but limited depth. Unlike Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati, Marrok’s true identity and backstory might hold a substantial plot twist yet to be revealed. So far, the series has kept viewers hooked by a mysterious masked warrior who was part of a trio working with Grand Admiral Thrawn’s ally, Morgan Elsbeth. Since Marrok was introduced in the Ahsoka series, fans have been making many theories to find out his true identity. Another theory about Marrok reveals his identity and backstory in Ahsoka.
